| APOLOGIES: | Apologies for absence were received and accepted from Councillors Ian
Howell and Barbara Stewart. Councillor Condon arrived at 3.55pm and was present for all clauses except clause 9( a). The Mayor arrived at 4.30pm, retired at 6.00pm and was present for all clauses except clauses 8( a), 8( b), 16, 17, 18 and 19. Councillor Anderton retired at 6.10pm and was present for all clauses except clauses 16, 17, 18 and 19. |
