Councillor Denis O’Rourke. Councillor Booth arrived at 2.15pm and was not present for part of clause 4. Councillor Sheriff retired at 3.30pm and was not present for clauses 2, 3, 8 and 9. Councillor James retired at 3.40pm and was not present for part of clause 9. |
