PROJECTS AND PROPERTY COMMITTEE 11 JUNE 1999

A meeting of the Projects and Property Committee was held on Friday 11 June 1999 at 2pm

PRESENT:

Councillor Ron Wright (Chairman),

Councillors Erin Baker, Robin Booth, Anna Crighton, Morgan Fahey, Ishwar Ganda, Ian Howell, Alister James, Denis O’Rourke and Gail Sheriff.

APOLOGIES:

An apology for absence was received and accepted from the Mayor.

Councillor James arrived at 2.19pm and was present for all clauses except clause 1.

Councillor Sheriff arrived at 2.25pm and was present for all clauses except clause 1 and part of clause 2.

Councillor O’Rourke arrived 2.34pm and was present for all clauses except clauses 1, 2 and 3.

Councillors Baker and Crighton retired at 3pm and were absent for clauses 8, 9 and 10.
