A meeting of the City Services Committee was held on Tuesday 8 June 1999 at 2.00 pm

| ABSENT: | Councillor Robin Booth. Councillor Stewart retired at 3.05pm
and was present for clauses 1, 9 and 11. The Mayor left at 3.30pm, returned at 3.50pm, retired at 4.35pm and was not present for clauses 4 to 10, 12 to 15, 17.6, 19 and 20. Councillor Wright left at 3.30pm, returned at 3.38pm, retired at 5.30pm and was not present for clauses 8, 14, 15, 19 and 20. Councillor Buck left at 4.40pm, returned at 5pm and was not present for part of clause 23. Councillor Manning left at 4.40pm, returned at 4.55pm and was not present for part of clause 23. Councillor Thompson retired at 5.05pm and was not present for clauses 5 to 8, 10, 13 to 15, 17.6, 19 and 20. Councillor Fahey retired at 5.30pm and was not present for clauses 8, 14, 15, 19 and 20. Councillor Condon retired at 5.35pm and was not present for clauses 8, 14, 15, 19 and 20. |
