| APOLOGIES | An apology for absence was received and accepted from Councillor Paddy Austin. Councillor Harrow retired at 4.25pm and was present for all clauses except clauses 12 and 13. Councillor Sheriff retired at 4.35pm and was present for all clauses except clause 13. |
