| APOLOGIES | Apologies for lateness were received and accepted from The
Mayor and from Councillor Sally Thompson for early retirement. The Mayor arrived at 4.20
pm and was absent for part of clause 6. Councillor Ishwar Ganda retired at 6.10 pm and was absent for part of clause 2 and clause 4. Councillor Stewart arrived at 4.10 pm and was absent for part of clause 6 Councillor Stewart arrived at 4.10 pm and was absent for part of clause 6. The Mayor arrived at 4.20 pm and was absent for part of clause 6. Councillor Sally Thompson retired at 5.30 pm and was absent for clauses 2 and 4. |
