| APOLOGIES: | Apologies for absence were received and accepted from Councillors Ian Howell and Alister James. |
| Councillor O’Rourke arrived at 2.45 pm and was present for all items with the exception of clause 10. | |
| Councillor Crighton retired at 3.40 pm and was present for clauses 6, 7 and 10 only. | |
| Councillor Baker retired at 4.15 pm and was present for all items except clauses 4, 11, 12 and 13. | |
| Councillor Fahey retired at 4.35 pm and was present for all items with the exception of clauses 12 and 13. |
