| APOLOGIES: | Apologies for absence were received and accepted from The Mayor and from
Councillors Paddy Austin and Lesley Keast for lateness. Councillor Carole Anderton retired temporarily from 2.00 pm to 2.05 pm, and was absent for part of Clause 5 (Councillor Baker assumed the Chair for this period). Councillor Paddy Austin arrived at 12.25 pm and was absent for Clause 2 and part of Clause 9. Councillor Lesley Keast arrived at 12.10 pm, temporarily retired from 1.15 pm to 1.20 pm and 2.00 pm to 2.15 pm, and retired at 3.00 pm, and was absent for part of Clauses 5, 7 and 9, and Clauses 3, 4, 6, 8.1 - 8.3, and 11 - 13. Councillor Sue Wells retired at 2.55 pm and was absent for part of Clause 10 and Clauses 3, 4, 6, 8.1 - 8.3, 11 - 13. |
