Report of the Strategy And Resources Committee 6 December 1999

A meeting of the Strategy and Resources Committee
was held on Monday 6 December 1999 at 3.00pm

Present:	Councillor David Close (Chairman), Councillors Carole Anderton, Anna Crighton, Carole Evans, Pat Harrow, Ian Howell, Alister James, Barbara Stewart and Ron Wright..
In Attendance	Councillor Robin Booth..
Apologies:	Apologies for absence were received and accepted from: the Mayor, Councillors Graham Condon, Denis O’Rourke and Gail Sheriff. Councillor James arrived at 3.30pm during the discussion on clause 9 and was present for all clauses except clause 13. Councillor Stewart retired temporarily at 4.00pm, returned to the meeting at 4.45pm and was present for clauses 8, 9, 10, 11(b), 12, 13, 14 and 15. Councillor Crighton retired temporary at 4.10pm, returned to the meeting at 4.20pm and was present for all clauses except clause 12 and 13.
