A meeting of the Parks and Recreation Committee
was held on Wednesday 1 December 1999 at 4.00pm

Present:	Councillor Ishwar Ganda (in the Chair), Councillors Carole Anderton, Paddy Austin, Sally Buck, David Buist, Barry Corbett, Pat Harrow and Gail Sheriff.
Apologies:	Apologies for absence were received and accepted from: Councillors Erin Baker and Graham Condon. Councillor Anderton retired at 5.25pm and was present for all clauses except clause 13. Councillor Buck retired at 5.30pm and was present for all clauses except clauses 12 and 13.
