reports that:
PART C - REPORT ON DELEGATED DECISIONS TAKEN BY THE COMMITTEE
This meeting was reconvened after being adjourned on 23 November 1999,
to allow the Special Committee to consider a negotiated solution from
the Police and Council staff regarding areas for alcohol consumption and
an alcohol ban for the “In the Park 2000” event, and further
information concerning the provision and monitoring of outdoor drinking
facilities at New Brighton.
