Report of the Community Services Committee 29 November 1999

A meeting of the Community Services Committee
was held on Monday 29 November 1999 at 12 noon

Present:	Councillor Carole Anderton (Chairman), Councillors Paddy Austin, Sally Buck, Barry Corbett, Ishwar Ganda, Barbara Stewart, Sally Thompson and Sue Wells.
Apologies:	Apologies for absence were received and accepted from: Councillors Erin Baker, Lesley Keast, and from Councillor Sue Wells for latenesss. Councillor Barry Corbett retired temporarily from 1.20pm to 1.30pm and was absent for clause 1 and part of clause 5. Councillor Barbara Stewart arrived at 12.35pm and was absent for part of clause 4. Councillor Sally Thompson retired temporarily from 12.55pm to 1.30pm and was absent for clauses 1 and 6 and part of clause 5. Councillor Sue Wells arrived at 1.25pm and was present for clauses 2, 3 and part of clause 5.
