Report of the City Services Committee 30 November 1999

A meeting of the City Services Committee
was held on Tuesday 30 November 1999 at 2.00 pm

Present:	Councillor Denis O’Rourke (Chairman), Councillors Sally Buck, David Buist, David Close, Ian Howell, Charles Manning, Sally Thompson and Ron Wright.
In Attendance	Councillor Morgan Fahey.
Apologies:	Apologies for absence were received and accepted from from the Mayor and Councillor Graham Condon. An apology for lateness was received and accepted from Councillor Manning.
Absent:	Councillor Robin Booth. Councillor Wright arrived at 2.55pm and was not present for clauses 1, 6, 7, 9, 13.1 and 14. Councillor Manning arrived at 4.30pm, retired at 5.00pm and was present for clauses 5 and 10. Councillor Howell retired at 3.45pm and was present for clauses 1, 6, 7, 9, 13.1, 14 and 15. Councillor Buist retired at 4.50pm and was not present for clauses 5, 11, 12 and 16. Councillor Thompson retired at 5.35pm and was not present for clauses 11, 12 and 16.
