| APOLOGIES: | Apologies for absence were received and accepted from
Councillors Lesley Keast and Sue Wells and for lateness from the Mayor and Councillors
Paddy Austin, Sally Buck and Sally Thompson. Councillor Austin arrived at 12.20pm, retired at 2.15pm and was absent for part of clauses 2 and 4 and clause 5. Councillor Buck arrived at 12.15pm, retired at 2.15pm and was absent for part of clauses 2 and 4 and clause 5. The Mayor arrived at 1.22pm, retired at 2.10pm and was present for clause 3 and part of clause 4. Councillor Sally Thompson arrived at 2.00pm and was present for part of clause 4 and clause 5. |
