4 and part of clause 5. Councillor Sally Thompson retired at 4.45 pm and was not present for clauses 1 to 3 and 7 to 9. Councillors Barry Corbett and Sue Wells retired at 5.20 pm and were not present for clauses 2, 3 and 8. |
