| APOLOGIES: | Apologies for absence were received and accepted from The Mayor. Councillor Ishwar Ganda retired at 6.15pm and was absent for Clauses 1, 2, 4 and 9 and part of Clause 3. Councillor Keast retired at 5.50 pm and was absent for Clauses 1, 2, 4 and 9 and part of Clause 3. Councillor Stewart retired at 6.35 pm and was absent for Clauses 2, 4 and 9 and part of Clause 1. |
