| Councillor Murray retired at 5.30 pm and was present for clauses 1 and 11. | ||
| Councillor O’Rourke retired at 5.35 pm and was present for clauses 1, 2 and 11. | ||
| The Mayor retired at 7.05 pm and was present for clauses 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 9, 13.1 and 13.2. | ||
| Councillor James retired at 7.30 pm and was present for all clauses except clause 15. |
