A joint special meeting of the City Services Committee and Environmental Committee
was held on Friday 31 July 1998 at 12 noon

PRESENT:	Councillor Denis O’Rourke (Chairman), Councillors Carole Anderton, David Close, Graham Condon, Anna Crighton, Carole Evans, Ian Howell, Garry Moore, Pat Harrow and Barbara Stewart.
	Councillor Anna Crighton retired at 1.20 pm. Councillor Graham Condon retired at 2.40 pm.
