SUPPLEMENTARY REPORT BY THE CHAIRMAN OF THE CITY SERVICES COMMITTEE

20. RICCARTON ROAD TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT PLAN

Clause 13 of the Committee's report to the meeting includes the recommendation for the appointment of consultants to prepare the Riccarton Road Traffic Management Plan (Stage I).

The terms of reference and brief for the consultant's study were approved by the Riccarton Road Traffic Management Sub-Committee on 7 October but were not included in the report to the Committee.

The brief for the consultants adopted by the Sub-Committee is attached.

Recommendation: That the study brief be confirmed by the Council.
