1. LATE SUBMISSIONS ON PROPOSED CITY PLAN

The Senior Planner (Peter Eman) presented a report to the Committee on possible time extensions for late submissions on the Proposed City Plan. The Committee resolved that pursuant to Section 37 of the Resource Management Act 1991 the Council extend the time for the receipt of submissions 3031, 3043, 3044, 3067, 3074 and 3061 on the Proposed Plan to the respective dates on which they were received. The meeting concluded at 3.20 p.m. CONSIDERED THIS 27TH DAY OF MARCH 1996
