REPORT OF THE CITY MANAGER
1. MEMBERSHIP OF STANDING COMMITTEES Following discussions between the two Councillors concerned, Councillors Evans and Moore have requested that: * Councillor Evans replace Councillor Moore as a member of the Projects and Property Committee. * Councillor Moore replace Councillor Evans as a member of the City Services Committee. This proposed change in the composition of the two Committees will require the Council's approval. Recommendation: 1. That Councillor Evans be appointed in place of Councillor Moore as a member of the Projects and Property Committee. 2. That Councillor Moore be appointed in place of Councillor Evans as a member of the City Services Committee.
