2. SONGPA SISTER CITY RELATIONSHIP
The Mayor tabled a fax which had just been received from the Mayor of Songpa, extending an invitation for the Deputy Mayor and Councillor Margaret Murray to visit Songpa, with hotel accommodation, meals and city transportation costs within Korea being met by Songpa for both visitors, with Songpa also meeting the airfare for the Deputy Mayor.

That authority be granted for the Deputy Mayor and Councillor Murray to visit Songpa as official representatives of the Christchurch City Council on the basis outlined in the letter from the Mayor of Songpa, with the Christchurch City Council bearing the cost of Councillor Murray's return airfare.
