REPORT OF THE RESOURCE MANAGEMENT HEARINGS PANEL 1. PLAN CHANGE NO. 27

(HOLMCROFT BLOCK, WESTMORLAND)

Attached is a draft decision incorporating recommendations made by the Resource Management Hearings Panel in respect of Proposed Change No. 27 (rezoning of 6 ha of land from Rural 2 to Residential A in the Holmcroft Block, Westmorland). Submissions on the proposed change were heard on 29 and 30 January 1996 by a Hearings Panel comprising Councillors Carole Evans, Anna Crighton and Newton Dodge. Recommendation: That the report and recommendation of the Hearings Panel be adopted as the decision of the Council.
