APOLOGIES: Apologies for lateness were received and accepted from Councillors Carole Evans, Alister James and Denis O'Rourke who entered the meeting at 4.05 pm, 4.06 pm and 4.15 pm respectively, and who were present for all clauses with the exception of clause 1.

The Committee resolved that the draft resolution to exclude the public set out on page 2 of the agenda be adopted.
