REPORT OF THE RESOURCE MANAGEMENT HEARINGS PANEL 1. PLAN CHANGE NO. 39

(WAREHOUSE SITE, ALDWINS ROAD)

Attached is a draft decision incorporating recommendations made by the Resource Management Hearings Panel in respect of Proposed Change No. 39 (rezoning of the "Warehouse Site" at Aldwins Road in Linwood Avenue from Residential 2P to Commercial 2 with associated amendments to the Scheme Statement and Rules of the Commercial 2 zone). Submissions on the proposed change were heard on 14 March 1996 by a Hearings Panel comprising Councillors David Buist, Lesley Keast and Margaret Murray. Recommendation: That the report and recommendation of the Hearings Panel be adopted as the decision of the Council.
