REZONING OF RESIDENTIAL 1P AND 1 TO COMMERCIAL 2

Attached is a draft decision incorporating recommendations made by the Resource Management Hearings Panel in respect of Proposed Change No. 38 relating to the rezoning of land on the Linwood City Mall site. Submissions on the proposed change were heard on 26 October 1995 by a Hearings Panel comprising Commissioners C E Manning, L D Keast and N Dodge. Recommendation: That the report and recommendation of the Hearings Panel be adopted as the decision of the Council.
