REZONING OF RURAL H TO RESIDENTIAL G

MAIN NORTH ROAD, BELFAST

Attached is a draft decision incorporating recommendations made by the Resource Management Hearings Panel in respect of Proposed Change No. 36 relating to the rezoning of land fronting onto the Main North Road, Belfast. Submissions on the proposed change were heard on 2 November 1995 by a Hearings Panel comprising Commissioners R H Arbuckle, D N Buist and A Clark. Recommendation: That the report and recommendation of the Hearings Panel be adopted as the decision of the Council.
