A special meeting of the Burwood/Pegasus Community Board, was held on
Thursday, 30 November 1995 at 4.00 pm.
PRESENT: Mr D C Dobbie (Chairman), Mrs M C Duff, Mr D J Rowlands, Mr G R Travis, Ms C Williams APOLOGIES: An apology was received and accepted from Mr D East, Mrs C J Evans and Mr A G James for lateness; and from Mrs G Sheriff for absence.

PART B - ITEMS DEALT WITH BY THE BOARD AND REPORTED FOR INFORMATION ONLY
The Board considered a report detailing feedback from the Unit Managers on the Board's Project Proposals eligible for supplementary funding in the 1996/97 Annual Plan. The Board resolved to adopt the attached schedule detailing the priorities placed on individual projects for consideration by Council. The meeting concluded at 6.20 pm
