What is a residents’ group?

Residents’ groups are established to provide support and assistance for the people within a community. While members may join for different reasons, they all share a common vision that their locality can be enhanced in some way.

Below is a list of the residents’ groups in the Hagley/Ferrymead area. If you are interested in joining one please contact the person listed.

Residents’ Groups Formation and Recognition

The Council’s policy on rresidents’ groups is currently under review.

Copies of the review document are available from the Linwood Service Centre.
