The above two clauses (clauses 4 and 5) from the Parks, Gardens and Waterways Committee report of 12 March 2003 were withdrawn by resolution of the Council at its meeting on Thursday, 27 March 2003, for reconsideration at a combined meeting of the Parks, Gardens and Waterways Committee, Community and Leisure Committee and the Shirley/Papanui Community Board.
