Sunday masterpieces
Budding young artists are invited to the Christchurch Art Gallery to create their own masterpiece at a Sunday Surprises! hands-on workshop. The workshops encourage children to interact with art, attempting an array of different activities — from collage and painting to printing and paper-making.
Sunday Surprises! is a follow-up to the overwhelmingly successful Animals with Attitude programme run during the July school holidays. No bookings are necessary but numbers are limited. The sessions cost is $2 per child and will run every Sunday until 17 December, from 10am to noon and 1.30-3.30pm. |
