We’ve made it easier for you to contact us
You may have noticed some changes in the Council’s listing in the 2005 Telecom White Pages. There are now three simple numbers to contact us for most queries:
- To find out some information or speak to a person 941 8999 eg: Art Gallery, building, bylaws, cemeteries, events, leisure facilities, noise, licensing, parking, planning, rates, staff and service centre enquiries
- To make something happen 941 8666 eg: Maintenance of roads, parks, trees and Council properties; collection of rubbish and recycling, animal control and graffiti.
- To make a booking 941 8888 eg: Building inspections, leisure programmes, tours, parks and halls.
- You can also contact us by emailing info@ccc.govt.nz or by visiting one of our eight service centres
