Introduction to squash
This is your chance to learn the game of squash, at the Sockburn Recreation Centre and Pioneer Leisure Centre. Introductory squash courses are starting soon for children aged from 8 to 12 years. They will learn the basic skills, with an emphasis on fun, with racquets and balls provided. The courses are being taken by Vaughan Utteridge, a New Zealand level 2 squash
coach with 15 years coaching experience. Courses begin the week of 21 July
at the Sockburn Recreation Centre (Ph 941 6850) and Pioneer Leisure Centre
