Web working well
Talking to the Council by email is proving
increasingly popular. Of 687 submissions
about this year’s Annual Plan, more than 30
per cent arrived electronically. That
compares to just 8% in 2001. The tick-the-box questionnaire in May’s
City Scene which asked for feedback about
specific Council plans was also available on
the web. Of the 934 people who
responded to that poll, around one in five
did so over the Internet. |
