Shirley park facelift
McFarlane Park in Shirley is about to
undergo some improvements. In the next
few months the toilet block at the Jebson
Street entrance will be replaced, and the
ones in the main part of the park given a
facelift with legal art. Meanwhile, the Council is working with
local youth, including skateboarders, to
develop a proposal for a skate path which
will then be put to the wider community
for their input into the final design and
location. |
