Refuse bag scheme going well Residents have adapted to the new refuse bag scheme easily and the City Council has had very few problems with the transition to coupons, says project manager Dave Clark. Refuse bags are still available at Christchurch supermarkets until the end of June. From July, coupons can be redeemed at City Council Service Centres.
