Christchurch City Council Start Page

The Christchurch City Council has prepared Variation Nos. 4,5 and 6 to the Christchurch City Proposed District Plan.

The nature of the Variation is as follows:

Variation 4: A number of mapping errors in the boundaries between zones in the Planning Maps (Volume 3 of the Proposed District Plan) have come to Council's attention. This Variation will correct these errors.

Variation 5: A number of errors have come to Council's attention in the list of "Protected buildings, Places and Objects", and "Heritage/Notable Trees" contained in the Appendices to Part 10, Heritage and Amenities, of the Proposed District Plan. A number of trees are to be added to the list of Notable trees which have been assessed and found to meet the criteria for listing. This variation will correct the errors and add the new listings.

Variation 6: A number of errors have come to Council's attention in the lists and the mapping of scheduled activities contained in part 9.3, General City Rules, of Volume 3 of the Proposed District Plan. This Variation will correct these errors.
