- Emmett Street - badly lit because of trees - perhaps
remove every 2nd tree

- Through alleys in the vicinity of Uxbridge Street and
generally where lighting is minimal

- A lot of the suburban Streets are poorly lit

- Olliviers Road, England Street.
- Cashel Street - Linwood end
- Suva Street is very dark

- Everywhere around here. (Rudleigh, Newnham, Hanrahan,
Ilam Road)
- Wellington Street, Clive Street up to Linwood park needs
better lighting

alleyway Cotswold to Chedworth. Also Cotswold Avenue.

- Gardiners Road - Christchurch suburbs are over-lit
- Crofton Road near Sawyers Arms - trees prevent light from
shining onto road - lights too high to be effective.

- Highstead and Glenmore Avenue needs a light more on the
corner - an orange light would be good
- Because Osmond Lane has no lighting. it's so dark, it's a
real cop out for the council with 11 houses down this
lane, it is no longer a private lane

pole not just on every second one
- Down Connall Street and through the park on other side of
bridge
- A side Street off Manchester Street between Moorhouse and
St Asaph
- I wouldn't like to go down Tovey Street
- Normans Road
- Westminster Street - St Albans to Mairehau.
- I wouldn't walk in Forfar Street, Edgeware into Colombo
Street. I only have done this in early morning to go to
work. I don't like doing this when the lighting is not
good. I have already had one scary incident.
- Hinemoa Street - the lighting is only on one side and the
trees make it dark
- Bridle Path Road. Ferry to Martindale Road
- Breens Road into Gardiners Road, I certainly wouldn't
walk down there
- Emmet Street, Birchfield Avenue, parts of Fleet Street
